All orders are accepted through WhatsApp or our official contact channels. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Handmade Nature

All products are handmade. Slight variations in size, colour, and texture are natural and make each piece unique.
Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 10–14 working days for processing before dispatch.
Payment

A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
Delivery

We deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please confirm all details before making payment.
Returns & Refunds
